It’s important to remember that, while your employees are driving the company car, they are a representation of the company. At no point should an employee think that it’s ok to speed up when a person signals prior to a lane change in an attempt to prevent that person from getting over. Employees need some training! First, the driver of a hatchback car tried to speed by me and almost ran me off the road trying to pass me as two lanes merged. Then I realized the car had the company name on it and I worked in the area. I went to where the business was to tell the guy he should drive so crazy in a company car with the business name on it.
