I find it amazing of all the negative comments from the customers…I have to say that you have to be careful what you write as the sense of entitlement is legendary. The workers who make sure that there is always electricity get demonized because they didn’t respond fast enough. Very bad to deal with for anything other than paying your bill! If you have to call them for anything make sure to be ready to wait multiple hours while they bounce you between Billing and Services. Don't show up onsite expecting an office. There is no intercom to get past the front door.
Wait time for a live person is 2-3 hours on the phone. This is a system broken by design. Complaint lodged with State of PA.
