Very ,very friendly staff thoroughly professional staff!In my experience!
If your in need of proffesionalizm do not come to this place! The staff never reminds you of your appointments the Dr be littles you and the staff is not professional at all I was supposed to get my results for a lump on my thyroid today at 1130 the Dr called Mr at 130 and I missed her calls and she left really rude voice mails and then said she had no time to play phone tag the Dr thinks she's always right and she makes you feel like you can't ask questions the operator even pretended like she didn't take my last call when ... read more
This place is the worst. DO NOT COME HERE
Dr Roberts is just lovely! Chrissy is I believe is one of the nurses and she is a doll. I have to say the doctors, nurses and tech are so pleasant and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do and work well together. We’re all human so I’m sure they get overwhelmed and overworked and it can show from time to time but overall, this part of the staff is wonderful. Now… as for the front desk… and it’s not all of them, it’s one of them. There is a woman who works at the front desk who needs either customer service training ... read more
