I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-90 Sport on 9/13/2025 from Med Center Mazda, in ******, **. From day one, I've had vibrations in the rear of the vehicle. Purchases a 2022 ****** . Financed it. Started having problems with it in a few days. Took it to a dealership and they said a turbo pipe was broken and some one had put the wrong oil cap on it also. ***** to get dealership to help to get it fixed. Sales manager informed me that is was as is. Only had it a week and a half. I found out that the part that is needed is on back order and hard to get. I brought my Mazda to the Pelham dealership due to a misfire problem. While the staff were professional and the service area was organized, I experienced significant delays in communication. After sending three follow-up emails over several days, I finally received a response, which provided limited updates. I hope the dealership improves response times, as timely communication is essential when dealing with vehicle service issues.

Service department devoid of customer service. Phone calls not answered, nor messages returned. No interest shown in listening or hearing customer's repair concerns by service writer. When repairs are incomplete service staff dismisses customer concerns based on amount spent on repair. No response from management until social media neg. reporting----Very poor business model.
