I brought my Mazda to the Pelham dealership due to a misfire problem. While the staff were professional and the service area was organized, I experienced significant delays in communication. After sending three follow-up emails over several days, I finally received a response, which provided limited updates. I hope the dealership improves response times, as timely communication is essential when dealing with vehicle service issues.

Had a bad experience they up the price on car I liked and up charge on the cars and wasn’t willing to go back to it and high doc fees.

Service department devoid of customer service. Phone calls not answered, nor messages returned. No interest shown in listening or hearing customer's repair concerns by service writer. When repairs are incomplete service staff dismisses customer concerns based on amount spent on repair. No response from management until social media neg. reporting----Very poor business model.
