Gina is very kind and takes time with her patients. She explains everything very simply for me so I understand. Her support staff is getting better. It's a very busy practice
Do not use Med CareEast PA. The minimum wait time to Gina Hathaway is 2 to 3 hours...in the waiting room, before the additional wait in the examination room. I have tried for years to stick with Gina. She is a nice person, but this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a scheduled appointment.
10 years ago she was great now don't give a damn. No bedside manner.waiting on the phone over 2 hours..use students to do the work.. under staff,I pity them..
Been waiting a month and a half to hear back about a referral and blood work and they say they dont know anything about it. Everytime I call I'm on hold for 45+ mins. Definitely not like u have better things to do then sit on hold. I drive to the office 2 people in the waiting room. The receptionist isn't doing anything. Won't tell us anything. My wife's mom has kidney problems and now she's showing signs of the same thing. This isn't something to play with. Avoid like the plague. Will be seeking action against
