03/05/2025 Issues with ***** yet again REFUSING to submit my SPECIAL NEEDS kids MEDICALLY NECESSARY nutritional supplemental authorization to insurance. 12/2024 ***** is extremely unprofessional. Never a pleasant experience dealing with her. She tells me that i "need to quit changing my sons prescription" My son is special needs and goes for weight checks every 3 months. if he is not gaining weight his doctor increases his nutritional supplement. ***** with Medcare is not telling the full truth here. she states there is a current auth on file for my sons formula. i have also personally faxed in MEDICAL RECORDS and a medically necessary letter provided by the physician to medcare which states why my child needs this. i will be happy to upload the insurance approvals and the physians documentation with the approval of formula.

MEDCARE/***** HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVICE THIS PATIENT. THE PATIENT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE SUPPLIES THROUGH INSURANCE. THE DOCTOR IS WELL AWARE THAT DOCUMENTATION HAS TO BE IN PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORDS ACCORDING TO INSURANCE GUIDELINE WHICH IT IS NOT. UNFORTUNATELY THE MOTHER ***** ********** IS NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THIS. MEDCARE/***** HAS DONE EVERYTHINNG THEY CAN FOR THE PATIENT. MOTHER HAS BEEN TOLD THIS SEVERAL TIMES.
