Med A Quest feels completely out of place in the shopping center. There are too many of their locations in one area, and it makes the whole place feel overcrowded and disorganized. The staff didn’t seem very engaged. It just doesn't meet the standards you’d expect from a professional establishment. Not impressed at all.
Just went here because my 3 yr old daughter had to use the restroom really badly and I’m not familiar with the area as I came in town for a funeral. I had to go to pep boys because my car needed a new battery. As I was walking to my car she really needed to use the bathroom. You know how it is for kids, I ran to med quest while carrying my 3 month old infant in his car seat. I walked through and saw no restroom and saw it was being cleaned. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to all of friends and family.
