They do not make appts. I arrived at 1:30pm and began waiting and waiting. An hour later I went up to the desk to see how much longer I would be waiting and she told me it would be approx. another hour!! Outrageous!! They should tell you when you get there how long the wait is. I would not have wasted the first hour sitting there. This for a simple TB screen.
