I will be being taken to court by these fraudulent agents of mecum because this is the only avenue offered by them to settle a dispute. In my opinion I would never do business with this company again. They want me to drive away in a fire hazard of a vehicle witch they had no problem auctioning off to me. I purchased a BMW 335i from the most recent Mecum auction. When I received the vehicle, it was not drive able. Initially, there was no power. I replaced the battery and damaged cable for $2100. Now the transmission is not working. Car won't go into drive or reverse. Who knows what the cost will be on this?!! BUYERS BEWARE, it does not appear Mecum does any type of screening on the cars they auction. I would only buy in person and only if you are able to inspect the car yourself!
