We just moved into this house (from Florida!!). Furnace went out!!! Coldest weekend!! After leaving a message and then calling back to make sure I left my phone number. I got the nicest lady (so sorry I don’t remember her name). She got ahold of their on call guy Seth. He immediately called us. We had space heaters and the gas fireplace going!! They dont even care about you. In November, with cold weather approaching, I contacted Mecko’s Heating & Cooling in Lafayette for help with a simple furnace inducer removal. I already had the replacement part and had 95 percent of the work completed. I agreed they did not need to warranty the part. I only needed to pay for labor. The owner’s wife said she would check with her husband and call me back, but never did, leaving me without heat. Have had Blake from Mecko's heating and cooling out to the house a couple times in the last 2 years and he has not only been out in a timely fashion but has done incredibly good work every time. We would highly recommend Meckos's and Blake

I highly recommend Mecko’s. I had my entire HVAC system replaced and the whole process was easy, stress free, and most importantly substantially cheaper than competitors while also being a local business delivering excellent service. Dave, the owner, Derek, and their crew were extremely friendly and professional.
