Mecko’s customer service will never cease to amaze me. Several years ago they won us over when we needed to have our furnace replaced in the dead of winter. When communication got mixed up on their end and we never received the space heaters they said they’d bring us, the owner personally drove them to our house and set them up for me. Since then we’ve had them out multiple times, always charging us a fair price, always making time for us. We just had them out today to fix our AC. Had an issue with my furnace a few months ago. A different company came out and seemed confused. They ended up replacing expensive parts that weren’t the solution. Meckos comes out, takes one look and fixes the problem right away. They were responsive, quick to arrive, professional and knowledgeable. Best of the best.

We contracted Mecko's for work at our home. We met with the owner, Dave, who explained everything thoroughly in a way we could understand, gave us our options, and was able to get us scheduled within a few days. We would have no problem referring them to others.
