Derek installed new equipment in our home and did a fantastic job. He was professional yet personable. He was thorough in explaining how our furnace, air and mini split operates and informed us they will register our equipment to ensure the warranty. He did not try to sell us unnecessary equipment or take advantage of us. Those are qualities that are to find in companies these days. Mecko's was at our house in under 45 minutes when the compressor unit went out on a Saturday afternoon! The problem was fixed in under thirty minutes. The technician did a great job!
I wish I would have gotten his name but the man that came and installed our new heater today at our apartment was very professional! He was just finishing up as I got home, I really appreciate him taking the time to talk with me and explain what he did (which was very quick btw) Very respectful so shoutout to you!
