Decided to give them a try and made a new patient appt for my daughter for a cleaning and yearly exam. When she got there they didn't have her down for the cleaning/exam and just a new patient appt? They hygenist was good though. Now we get a message that our insurance company denied the claim but it's because they billed the entirely wrong company (Principal vs. Cigna) They need to get organized.
