Our 83 year old Mother had a spell and required attention quickly. We called 911 and the EMS staff arrived quickly. John Gaines and Jessica Smith were the two EMS individuals that came in the ambulance that helped our Mom. Incredible professionalism. So attuned to what was needed and how quickly it was needed. I required EMS transport after a fall badly broke my ankle. Ben Racz was my caregiver on the ride. I was surprised when he responded to my inquiry as being fairly new in the medic role.
