Quick and painless. Staff is so nice. Was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was.

Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to have the mission to get you in and out in rapid timing. I do think a mic & intercom would be nice for those sitting in the lobby to hear their names being called.
This was my first time here to get a birth certificate for my daughter and everyone was super nice and helpful!!
