They were fast and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
Great Tips: free parking. English and Spanish help. Maybe 15-30 minutes total. No long lines. Maybe only 15 people there during lunch. The workers are quick with birth certificates. I brought cash. I don’t remember seeing people paying with card. So bring cash. Walk inside, go to your left. Fill out which form fits you best and go to the window when ready.
Starting a new job means showing a birth certificate. Instead of freaking out its not where it should be. Get it in 10 minutes, filling out a form in office or online, 10 bucks. Done! Easy! Very convenient since the staff was quickly attentive. The security gaurd was even very friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I came here for the birth certificate, plenty of parking space and I was out in about 10 minutes, given i was the first in queue to fill out the form and submit. I would say the service is prompt, definitely call and make sure ahead of visiting if your document is ready for pick up.
