Took my car in for a service recently, Fadel was so respectful and easy to deal with, which is refreshing for Melbourne where it's rare to get good customer service. The actual car service was cheaper than I thought so that was also a pleasant surprise. Meck-Tech are definitely going to be my regular mechanics from now on and I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks. Truly a hidden gem.
