Paul is awesome. Very professional, friendly, on time, efficient, and explained everything! Kelly was very friendly responsive and easy to schedule with! Great prices, not looking to rip you off, and accommodating for after hours work! Will DEFINITELY use in future 100% recommend for anyone looking to hire HONEST GOOD TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY to have in your home/work with.
The technician showed up on time, listened carefully to what I had observed and tried, went right to work and fixed my furnace.
I highly recommend Paul and his company Mechpros. Our heater/furnace went out on Superbowl Sunday and coldest night of year. Brittany was very responsive and Paul called and arrived when promised. Paul quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck and was very fair on the cost. 5 Stars.
Made a Phone call to schedule for heater diagnostic consult the following next day and they showed up on time and troubleshooted the heater problem by replacing the broken thermostat with a new one. Fees are reasonable and service is friendly and reliable. I would recommend others to consider calling and trying their service.
Paul was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend and will refer to again when needed. He deserves a 5 star rating.
