The technician was very helpful in explaining the thermostat and checked the HVAC system outside and he reported the results back to us in a very professional and informative manner!

He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and explained what was going on! Everyone I talked to over the phone was pleasant to talk to as well.
