Jerome arrived promptly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional; asking questions prior to commencing with addressing the task. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction. He was personable and made the entire process very pleasant. WHEN I need electrical service again, it will be through Mechollage and by Jerome if he’s available.

Lost my heat during the worst cold snap this season and my husband was out of town. The owner of the company came out on his own time to diagnose my unit, as noone else was available. David came back with parts to finish the job. Other companies tried to sell me a new unit, but Mechollage made it happen!
