Great service, very friendly employees!
First time, very good service and pleasant atmosphere.
I had booked an appointment for both a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I was told they were short-staffed, and I was understanding and agreed to only get a manicure. Unfortunately, the service was very disorganized. After waiting about 20 minutes, the technician started by trimming my nails and removing my old polish, then left to work on another customer. She came back later to shape my nails, and while filing them, she cut my finger badly enough that it bled. She then started applying polish and seemed to forget tha... read more
If I could give 10 stars I would. Laah, at Mechelle’s Nails in Jasper did such a phenomenal job. I came in and showed her some pictures and she blew it out of the water. She exceeded at the job, took extra care to master what I wanted, it was more than I imagined. She used her own creativity and mastery. I definitely will be going back.
