I had a great experience working with Rachel at Mechanotherapy on a minor rotator cuff tear. I was very nervous with the injury as i previously had a tear in the other shoulder misdiagnosed several times by previous doctors and took years to reahb. She did a thorough diagnosis, and got me on the right track to repair and rebuild strength. I am back active in 3 weeks. And provided me with a program to bullet-proof both my shoulders to avoid future injury. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Rachel for her knowledge, kindness and professionalism. She helped me with guidance for my Achilles tendon rupture rehab.
