Rachel was very knowledgeable about BPPV. She used goggles to determine the direction of the eye nystagmus associated with BPPV in order to know which maneuver to use to move the ear crystals back into place to resolve vertigo. It is such a relief to know she exists in case I get BPPV again in the future!
Rachel is an absolute superstar. I worked with her weekly for six month during my recovery from hip surgery, and she was such an important part of getting me back to feeling strong and mobile again. Warren is an absolute rock star physical therapist. I credit him for a fast-as-possible recovery from a broken kneecap (6mm displacement patella fracture). He provided exceptional therapy with precise exercise direction and supportive coaching. He gently pulled me back when I wanted to push beyond the prescribed regime while still encouraging rapid, metric-based progression. Warren’s friendly demeanor meant there was always fun conversation during therapy. Ten out of ten on all aspects of service!
