I had a great experience working with Rachel at Mechanotherapy. I came in with knee pain that was keeping me from running, and she not only helped me recover but got me back to doing what I love in a more sustainable way. She took the time to explain the root cause clearly and gave me a solid plan to fix it. I’ve seen many physical therapists over the years, and Rachel is by far the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and effective. I’d recommend her to anyone.
Excellent for vestibular therapy! I was able to be seen, diagnosed and treated very quickly for my vertigo. This allowed me to get back to my normal life in a few hours. Highly recommend MechanoTherapy, thank you!!
