Palmer Hassell was great. We worked the deal out on email, prior to ever meeting. He never made a promise he did not keep. There were no surprises when I went to dealership to finalize the deal. For the airbag recall of my 2006 Honda pilot, I called this dealer service department 2 months ago and they let me waiting the part order and they said that will call me, but never received call me back, Then 1 month ago, I come into their service department to register again in person.
