This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. I called twice on different days to confirm they accepted both my primary and secondary insurance and was told yes both times. When I arrived, it was clear the front desk wasn’t on the same page. One receptionist didn’t seem to know whether my insurance was accepted, while another confirmed that it was. Great place.
I have been seeing Dr. Druckman for two years now. I go through the VA community care program and have never had an issue with billing. My adjustments have always been good and I will continue to receive treatment here. They are very good at finding you a time slot for an appointment. They have always been fair and accommodating and it’s greatly appreciated.
