The team they have at the Valley location is BEYOND amazing! They worked with me with the price of several "fixes" needed to be fixed in my Jeep, as well as Mark would contact me with every "fix" they found that needed to be fixed before fixing her up. I would recommend this auto shop to EVERYONE!! Great customer service, very fast and efficient (had lots of coolant problems and was only without on my car for about 5 days). Great business!

Mechanics pride is prompt on giving quotes. That said, their quotes are outlandish and overpriced. They try to suck every bit of money out a person. Classic shady "Mechanic" shop. Never again

Terrible shop. They are failing at the basics. Went in for a clutch. They forgot to bleed it out so had to go back in for that. Less than a year later I had to get the clutch replaced. I also had them do the brakes. Less than a month the parts failed because they used cheap parts. A year later I was having caliper issues along with faulty rotares. My real story is too long for this site. They overcharged me and it took two full days to replace a starter. Their service writer was not professional or nice at all and they disposed of some "non essential" pieces from the engine. I don't recommend at all

I have a Dodge Ram 2500 (2006) diesel. Wednesday, a completelyrics new A/C system was installed in Seattle by Elliot's Goodyear. We needed it ready for our drive to Spokane. To our horror the A/C didn't work at all anymore. Drove the 300 miles in 98° heat. Not fun. We called Goodyear warranty during the drive. They gave us some phone numbers. Took my vehicle into the valley store service managers name is Jim he did fix some of my issues but added new ones and would not fix them was more interested in charging the company for more money than actually fixing The problems that he caused so I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed worst place I've ever been in my whole life absolutely do not know what they're doing ! Even had it for six days what a waste

I recently was referred to Mechanics Pride. Although friendly, accommodating, and helpful, they spent approximately 1 1/2 hours on a windshield wiper issue, only to find out the source of the problem was a broken wire under the car! $107.00 later, they informed me it would take 10-15 minutes to fix! Sorry they didn't check wire before other options. I was disappointed by the cost.

The best mechanics in Spokane. We were in Spokane for a wedding a week ago today. Our van with only 70,000 miles on it was exhibiting shuttering and stuttering like it was going to die. The morning of our niece's wedding called every Dodge dealer. Nobody could look at our van until the following Tuesday or end of the week. Never wrote A review before but I'm going to go out of my way to write to say how great these guys are. My car broke down in the valley and not only did they fix the issue but they were also. very proactive and replaced my timing belt as well. saved me over a grand cause I would have had to do it another day. Pricing was very honest and fair. Take your vehicle here if you want piece of mind.
