I get that I have to go to a branch to get a new one when my debit card got compromised. But all the branches are only open M-F 9a-5p, no Satuday hours. The customer service line was a little rude when asked about it; when I asked why I got a letter not a call or text there was no good answer (-2). Luckily this branch was close to work and I popped in to get a new one before the long holiday weekend. They get back a 'cos the location had parking, was clean, and the clerk knew what she was doing.
Terrible customer service no greeting of customers and after they had taken a lunch break they did not remove the closed for lunch sign so no one knew to enter we just tried the door and it was unlocked but they could have removed it to let customers know
Mechanics bank sold my totoya vehicle debt to westlake portfolio management. This new lender is charging me daily interest, in excess of what I am already paying and agreed to in my finance contract. I give this company less that 1 start rating but that is not possible. The unethical business practices that they participate are dispicable. I would highly recommend you avoid give your business to this organization. Shame
Our banking needs are handled in a very professional fashion. The staff is friendly and welcoming!
