My mother and I are grateful to the branch manager, Maria for working tirelessly to help us resolve an issue with a certified check. We were notified that something was wrong and are thankful that we were informed by a teller. We went in to speak with the branch manager who was wonderful. The bank is well run and everyone is helpful and kind. We are so relieved. It was a great experience.
This might be the worst bank I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I wish I read the reviews before I even went forward with anything. I opened the account mid August and then they put a restriction on it mid September and wanted to close it. They claimed their relationship bank, but I think that’s bullsh^t. I opened a personal and business account looking to establish something with this bank.. mind you the most transactions I’ve ever done was two Zelle transactions transferring money into the account so I can fund it. ... read more
I get that I have to go to a branch to get a new one when my debit card got compromised. But all the branches are only open M-F 9a-5p, no Satuday hours. The customer service line was a little rude when asked about it; when I asked why I got a letter not a call or text there was no good answer (-2). Luckily this branch was close to work and I popped in to get a new one before the long holiday weekend. They get back a 'cos the location had parking, was clean, and the clerk knew what she was doing.

Terrible customer service no greeting of customers and after they had taken a lunch break they did not remove the closed for lunch sign so no one knew to enter we just tried the door and it was unlocked but they could have removed it to let customers know
