Nick was Awesome. We had 2 other guys come out to our business but neither of them were as thorough or cared as much as Nick did. He helped us to understand all that was wrong and even though it ended up with us having to order a new unit it’s nice to know that he did everything he could to make sure our problem was getting diagnosed correctly. Thank you Nick!!
Loved every tech I've had to deal with. We understand equipment gets outdated and winter and summer are crunch times so I didn't blame them at all when I had no AC for three days. If you understand how the business works and that equipment just because outdated, then businesses can shine through that with communication and customer service and that is something that dispatchers and techs undoubtedly understand. Thank you very much for all you do
They have been OK for some things I suppose, but on their HVAC and RTU services this company has been a disaster. Between 2024 and 2025, they have created no fewer than three rooftop refrigerant leaks, with propylene glycol streaming down into multiple floors of our office building over the past year. Each time they come out it seems like there is a leak, an insurance claim, and months of follow up repairs on the damage.
