Awful customer service from an employee named Eric, was extremely rude and made it feel like it was an inconvenience to help me. Do not recommend
1st ) It was a house call. 2nd) the service call was extemely quick to respond . 3rd) the service call was very professional and as mechanically inclined as I am ,the problem was with the gas range/oven ignighter. And being a renter,not home owner,the home insurance wouldn't have covered any problematic outcome, like a leak or worse .
