I would recommend Carl to anyone because of his honesty, excellent service and professionalism. Our A/C system started blowing warm air. Carl came on time, checked everything thoroughly and found no problems. The system cools great now! He said perhaps a power surge may have triggered a cut-off switch. He did not charge for the service call because it was brief. Wow! What great service!

Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive folks. They installed a new electric heating/cooling unit for a good price. The first night after installation it wasn't working right, and they came back the next day within an hour of me calling. The wiring needed to be upgraded and they put new wiring in at no extra charge. The kind of service you hope for but don't often get! My air conditioner stopped working and our appliance warranty company 210 Home Warranty (who I highly recommend) sent out Mechanical Forced Air to do the inspection and repair. The technician showed me a breaker at the bottom of the condenser that had tripped and when he pressed the button the air conditioner went on and continued to stay on. He checked the system and said that everything looked good all the measurements were in range and that there was no Freon leak. I told him that there must have been some reason for the ... read more
