Mechanical Equipment nor Bosch are standing behind their 10 year warranty. We have contacted them both and it’s going on 4 weeks without heat due to a bad compressor. Contractor had to contact Bosch to complete onsite troubleshooting. After three trips to my house and being put on hold for over 2 hours each time he finally talked to a Bosch service tech.
