Stay away if you can. We had multiple technicians come to fix an AC unit. First call the tech claimed we had a loose wire in our thermostat even though the unit had been running well for months. Then we find out he added an extra hour to his labor time. A week goes by and the unit goes out again. Another tech trip, this time to have the tech tell us the REAL problem that would most likely mean replacing the entire unit.
