I spoke to the operator on the phone yesterday regarding them purchasing from our company.. She was extremely rude and refused to transfer me to anyone who deals with purchasing if I don't have a name.. I was calling to make their buying more efficient as they have purchased a product from us in the past.. although the desk lady is so unprofessional she had no idea what I was talking about.. which I would expect as she works front desk but completely denied transferring me to anyone.
