I would give this company a ZERO if I could!! I needed maintenance done on my A/C unit and they offered me a deal for 2 visits the next one being 6 months later so I said yes and paid for both service calls she put me down for the 2nd one but they didn't showed up. I had to call them several times to get the 2nd service call that I paid for upfront.
