We were at Talladega Creekside resort. Called him and he was on the way. Never showed up. Called at 8 o'clock that night and said he forgot. Was coming next morning at 8 am. Never showed up. We called and texted him. Finally texted around 3 o'clock and said had been asleep all day. Found someone else. Thanks for nothing. Seemed like the nicest man ever. Made us loose trust in everyone now.
If I could rate no stars I would. Kevin is a hack. He had my jeep for two months to fix rocker arms. They were put in wrong. Things put in backwards. And now my jeep doesn’t run. Do not go to this man.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. My poor husband just spent literally 36 HOURS at Kevin’s shop for Kevin to change spark plugs in my vehicle. 36 HOURS for a 2 hour job. This man ripped my car apart, pulled parts out he should’ve never touched, disappeared every few hours into his house, leaving my husband to stand in the cold rain most of the night, then him deciding to go in his house to sleep leaving my husband stranded an hour away from home, causing him to sleep in my car that was not able to be turned on to be warm because Kevin left ... read more
