We stopped here after driving from San Francisco toward Calaveras County when our Prius suddenly displayed a "Check Hybrid System" alert. They helped us right away, took the time to diagnose the issue without making us feel rushed, and gave us honest, helpful information and recommendations. Everyone was incredibly kind (including the adorable shop pup!), and we truly appreciated the entire experience. This place is amazing and Jad was as nice and honest as they get. Took our 2016 Passat there for scheduled service and were so impressed going to take our Atlas their next. Highly reccomend!
Jad is great. We discovered that our water pump needed replacement as we were traveling from Lake County to San Diego. When I asked someone at Auto Zone for a recommendation, Mechanic King was his first response. “They’re honest,” he said. That convinced me to call them. Needed my car diagnosed because I was driving a little to fast heading back home and my car overheated took it to a shop to get checked wonderful guy that was working the front desk he helped me check the whole engine cleaned off the area for me dried it off and explained everything to me multiple times and even took it on a test drive very knowledge staff and very friendly please go here if your looking for any services they might offer staff is super kind
