We made a reservation for a party of 8 to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a truly disappointing experience. At no point during the booking process were we informed that our group wouldn’t be allowed to sit together. When we arrived, we were told we might be able to sit together after waiting—which we did, for 30 minutes, only to be told later that it wasn’t possible.
