Such a supportive group that really ants to make you stronger!! Courtney made me feel welcomed into the fold for my first class. She reached out in advance of the class to make sure I felt supported and her energy / instruction during class was unmatched! I might try other classes but this was the best impression of an exercise facility/trainer I have ever had! Thank you!
I took a Resistance class this morning with Natasha and it was fantastic! The workout was fun, efficient, and well structured for a full body burn packed into 50 minutes. Natasha’s energy made the class even better, such a great way to start the day. I’m already looking forward to my next class at Mecha! 💪
Would not attend any of Jennifer’s classes again.
