I came here because I had bad knee pain and issues. Hila and Mariana were absolutely amazing. I mainly saw Hila, who was calm, kind, knowledgeable, and you can see and feel how passionate she is for making people feel better. I gained a lot of strength and highly recommend mech physio and Hila!

I have had multiple sessions with Hila Broshi at Mech Physio. She is extremely knowledgeable, informative, compassionate and personable. Hila uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise therapy to help me overcome pain and mobility issues while keeping in mInd my limitations and still encouraging me to try and do more. In addition, the space at Mech Physiotherapy is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
The best experience, interms of te detailed assessment. The first time assessment was conversational and detailed oriented. They were able to locate all the weak points in my body that I have to focus on. My experience with MECH Physio was very positive.
