I can't say enough good things about MECH Physiotherapy. Mariana helped get rid of severe pain from a torn knee ligament and after a damaged right upper arm and shoulder from a fall. She really knows her stuff. She's also given me a 'yoga roll' and some exercises that are amazing in helping relaxing back muscles from sitting for work all day. It helps me sleep better too.
