Great location, plenty to do within a short drive or walk. The pool is always pristine and has an incredible view. The owners are some really amazing and interesting people, and they keep this place ship shape! I never wanna leave when I stay here, it’s half the reason I come back to this town. Repeat customer here. Our beautiful friend Liz greeted us at checkin and upgraded our room again. I always appreciate a property that's safe & clean with beautiful flowers everywhere! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water and a cold AC is all we need. Right down the road from downtown, The Manitou Incline & Garden of the Gods. This place will always be my go to when visiting Manitou Springs. Look forward to seeing you again Liz!
The owners Gary and Liz are AWESOME! The hospitality was great. Rooms are very clean. Hot tub and pool are very nice and well kept up! The views are AMAZING! Minutes from Manitou Springs and easily accessible to Colorado Springs. I highly recommend! I will be back.
Great hotel 2 miles from town center of Manitou Springs CO. Local owners, Elizabeth very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestion. Very very very clean. It truly is a motel and we loved it! We loved the two chairs on the porch to watch traffic and enjoy the night. It was a great experience. Definitely would stay there again. The grounds are very well kept and clean. I must have looked online at least 2 hours trying to find a place to stay near Manitou and came across this gem! Very clean, the owners are so nice and gave us lots of ideas on where to eat and go for fun. We will stay here again.
