The owners Gary and Liz are AWESOME! The hospitality was great. Rooms are very clean. Hot tub and pool are very nice and well kept up! The views are AMAZING! Minutes from Manitou Springs and easily accessible to Colorado Springs. I highly recommend! I will be back.
Great hotel 2 miles from town center of Manitou Springs CO. Local owners, Elizabeth very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestion. Very very very clean. It truly is a motel and we loved it! We loved the two chairs on the porch to watch traffic and enjoy the night. It was a great experience. Definitely would stay there again. The grounds are very well kept and clean. I must have looked online at least 2 hours trying to find a place to stay near Manitou and came across this gem! Very clean, the owners are so nice and gave us lots of ideas on where to eat and go for fun. We will stay here again.
Super nice people, very accommodating. The motel , the grounds, and the rooms are very well maintained. This will be my preferred hotel when I am in Manitou Springs.
Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2023 and had a lovely visit. We didn't stay in the room much other than sleeping, but the room was very nice. So was the staff. The room was cleaned while we were off during the day, which was nice (I noticed some motels/hotels have not resumed daily cleanings since the pandemic).
