In my experience when dealing with them they were intentionally misleading with there answers to questions we had I do not recommend anyone do business with them they seem to operate more like scammers than a legitimate business they took there application fees and denied me in less than an hour of me leaving there facility which made me feel like they just had me apply just to get the money from me they have you get money order to pay first months rent with the application then when you're denied you will have to deal with ... read more
Don't rent from mecca. -Apartments don't match what you are told. -They're files are so out dated they didn't even know if our current apartment had central air or window units. -told our apartment was "open concept" they just removed the doors in the downstairs. -Told parking wouldn't be a problem, have to contact mecca almost every week and they act like texting people is doing anything. -Staff is very rude, if you match their energy you get called the asshole. -rent is raised every year yet no improvements done. -required... read more
Awful company. They did the absolute bare minimum of cleaning when I first moved in. The floor was nasty, the shower drain was completely clogged, and there were and still are fly pupae in my refrigerator from the previous tenants. I submitted a maintenance request stating that I needed to be present when the maintenance team arrived, and I was told they would contact me with the exact time. However, they never contacted me, and instead, they provided a time frame of 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. I am a college student with a job. Wh... read more

I would try to avoid Mecca if you can. But if you do have to rent from them, Make sure you use the checklist when you move in and check and report EVERYTHING immediately!!! I mean every little thing. Every shelf, every door stop, every lock. every sink stopper, every blind, shelves in the fridge, shelves in cabinets, i mean EVERYTHING!! take pictures when you move in with dates. Make a copy of the checklist and keep it. If something is broken, put it on the checklist. They will charge you for the smallest thing when you move... read more
