Great building management. If something breaks or needs replacement they address the issue really quickly. They keep the building very clean and my apartment was immaculate when I moved in. The rent is very reasonable as well. They are very professional. I would recommend.
moved in 3 weeks ago & already regret it. windows disgusting on arrival & blinds stained. the fix when i filed maintenance request? to set the boxed blinds on the floor where they should be put up lol just a whole mess and office is condescending. needed new sink installed (broken on arrival as well). couldn’t use dishwasher, disposal or sink for 4 days. their response is to use the bathroom sink …..when i pay rent for the appliances listed … just weird
A terrible rental experience. After moving out, they unjustly deducted a huge amount of money from my deposit. I must to sue them to get my money back and ensure they face the consequences. Hell, why can’t I give a zero point! They worth no star.
I wish I could say living there for almost three years was a little slice of heaven—but it wasn’t. The maintenance team? Excellent! The owner? Not so much. The previous manager, Jessica, was great; the new manager, however, left much to be desired. Privacy invasion, security concerns, and annual lease hikes drove us away. Otherwise, we might have stayed longer. Honestly, a mortgage on a $400,000 home would be cheaper than renting one of their townhomes in the long run. M.E.C.C.A.
