I had moved out of my apartment in April 2018, of course knowing I would still be responsible for rent and utilities until my lease ended or it was re-rented to some one else. The utility bills stayed pretty consistent from April to June (very low, because nobody was living there). My lease was scheduled to end July 31st, 2018. Mecca has been ok, the water and utility bill combined are over $250.00 per month which is preposterous for an apartment, however, my biggest complaint is that for the 2 years that I have lived in a mecca apartment any time that I had a concern or question I spoke with CARRIE and she has never once been courteous or well-mannered. Every time I have spoken with her she has been condescending and extremely rude, I understand that it's a difficult job but she can state things in a friendly manner without demeaning the tenant. As seen below, customer service is lacking when you call with questions. I contacted them regarding receiving my security deposit after moving out and they were rude each of the two times I called (they do use EVERY day of the 30 day period to process and return your security deposit). My rental property was transferred to them with only one month left in my lease, and I had to go through the check-out process with them after having signed my lease with a different company. I have been living here for a year and a half, the grounds are constantly dirty, trash everywhere. I have complained more than once and the people in to office act like you're and idiot and wasting their time. I am moving out when my lease is up, I don't care were too, a box under a bridge would be equal to living here.

I have been renting through Mecca for 3 years now and I have not had a single problem. The staff is very friendly in the office and on the phone. If you are going to rent, try to sign a lease before Dec 31 because you will get 15% off. I do this every time and save loads of money. I recommend Mecca to everyone.
