My makeup artist cancelled booking 1 hr before appointment on a important day of a photoshoot for a website. Not happy at all, they had no back up staff or connection to fulfilling service requirements. Would not recommend as dependability is 0%
I visited the store yesterday, and there were so many products that I had no idea where to find what I was looking for. Kelly kindly approached me and offered to help. Unfortunately, the product I wanted was out of stock, but she recommended similar alternatives and even applied different products on my face so I could compare them and decide which one suited me best. Appalling customer service today
The staff are so ignorant and dont even seem to know what they are doing, asked this girl Em something for help one Thursday and she just couldnt help me or answer any of my questions
I visited MECCA yesterday and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Rose. She was such a sweetheart — incredibly caring, considerate and genuinely lovely. Rose helped me find a few products and, wanting to make sure I received the best possible advice for my skincare needs, thoughtfully introduced me to her colleague in the skincare department.
