Consumer beware- Very unprofessional company. I rented from them for 2 yrs. with excellent record of paying on time and keeping property immaculate. Upon move out I followed protocol, waited 30 days- no security deposit return. I called to remind them and received partial return 3 days later. They tried to scam me out of 1/3 of total deposit for unsubstantiated issues(microwave filter(?), furnace filter(left an additional out of courtesy), cracked pre existing exterior trim piece) I was able to contact owners through realtor... read more
