This goes out to the new property management that this property is owned by which is Highland Property Management. (McPherson Villages) Would not recommend living in units 4, 5, or 6, or 7. Or make sure you have flood insurance before you do because the back patio does flood during heavy downpours of rain, or you will be stuck living upstairs till it is fixed. Mebane Downs apartments’ owner, whoever they may be, either aren’t being notified or just don’t care about the deterioration of the apartments. I have put in multiple requests for repairs and In six months nothing has been done, except for my rent to be raised and Now my requests aren’t even being responded to. Very small parking lot.Old construction you can hear your neighbors walking and talking.not recommended!!only good is rent under average and including water bill.
