Mebane Air replaced our HVAC unit and did a fantastic job. David sent a great crew; every one of them was hardworking, professional, and had a great attitude. They stayed until 7:30 on a Friday night to make sure the job was finished, which really impressed us. The work was excellent, the price was very fair, and we are extremely happy with the result. Huge thanks to David Harris and his team. Highly recommend!
Furnace wasn't working properly during the frigid cold/ice. Mebane Air came to check out the furnace -- drain pipe had frozen. Told to tap on it and it would be fine. And so I did. Charge was $149.00 and change. A few days later, furnace acting up again -- drain pipe frozen (12 degrees overnight). Solid ice from top to bottom. Called MA who came back and the only thing different they did was put a piece of black insulation wrap around the pipe inside the furnace area. Our dog decided to chew through some hoses and cords on our AC unit — not a fun surprise! I called Mebane Air and they were out quickly to get everything fixed at a reasonable price. This is just the latest in a long history of great experiences with them. Every time we've needed service, it's been the same story: fast response, high quality work, and fair pricing. It's rare to find a company you can consistently count on, and Mebane Air is exactly that. Highly recommend!
I had Mebane Air to service my Heat Pump today. Casey sent Eric to do the inspection and service. He did a great job and found no problems. I highly recommend Eric for service and will use him again! Thanks Casey, If I could give 6 stars to Mebane Air I would.
