The food was incredible!!!
We went to the Naperville location for the bottomless fries last week. What a disappointment. We never got a refill on the fries...which is why we went that particular day. They also changed the buns, which now have a weird aftertaste. It WAS my absolute favorite burger place. I doubt we will go back.

Mary Cimbalista Szczurek we are so sorry about this. There is no excuse for you not receiving bottomless fries on National French Fry Day. I will be sure to pass along this information to our Naperville location for their review, and so proper training and/or re-training can take place. As far as our buns are concerned, yes, we recently changed our bun to an Artisan Brioche Bun. They should, obviously, not have an after taste, and again we apologize for any lack of quality. Roscoe Square location. Very underwhelming experience. Nobody at the register/order counter upon arrival. Ordered a beef burger with tomatoe, lettuce, cheddar, bacon & fried egg. Burger came out with no fried egg. Toppings were clearly printed on the order. Place was dirty. Meat patties were thin, overcooked and lacked flavor. $14 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries & small fountain drink. Place was empty at 6:30pm. Don't see this location staying open much longer.

Used to love Meatheads. Until they change their menu and change the quality of the hamburger. Now just saddened by that won't be going as often. Bummer

It's good meat. I like meat. it has meat. meat is good.
The burgers are huge. And I always get the Californian when I go. I always think about how perfectly ripe the avocados are on the burger. They’re so delicious.
My first time eating from Meatheads today and it was great. At the Champaign location Jason was super friendly and we had great dialogue. I have had so many terrible experiences at drive thrus lately, but today was wonderful. The bacon on my burger and fries was cooked just the way I like it. I’ll be back.
