I visited yesterday with friends. The atmosphere was really great and I loved the location. We had really good service and you cant beat the happy hour specials. My suggestions- we ordered several different dishes- the mac and cheese balls arrived quickly but they were cold. I would have preferred to wait a little longer for hot ones. The variety of meatballs is good and it's nice that you can choose from pork, beef, or chicken with different sauces. We had an OK experience. Food was good but didn't have a 'wow' factor. What was very distracting and disappointing were the two 4-tops and the 3-top that simply got up and left due to lack of service. Too bad on many levels. We may try again in a few months. Hopefully you get your service issues worked out.
We waited 45 minutes. About 3 other tables when we got here so not even busy. Regardless of how good the food is, we should not have had to wait that long.

Visited with my supper club group last night. Enjoyed wine tasting and some delicious food. Our terrific server Rose gave us great service & recommendations. I took her advice & ordered beef meatballs with Parmesan & egg noodles which was absolutely outstanding! Will definitely be returning & highly recommend to others! :)
Great food and atmosphere. Portion sizes a little small. Will definitely go back.
I wish I could say I got to try the food but twice I called for take out (2/12 & 2/13) and was put on "hold" never to be talked to again. "Hold" was placing the phone down so I could hear the hostess or person who answered the phone curse about how busy they were (2/13). When trying to give the benefit of the doubt I hung up at the 6 minute mark on 2/12 and called back but the answering machine just kept picking up... I've never tried so hard to be a customer, no thank you.

The drinks, food and service were outstanding. We will definitely be back!
For being a "meatball" restaurant the meatballs were pretty weak, too small and not much flavor.
