The staff is very knowledgeable and amiable. I went in for one thing and left with a whole bunch of other things that I needed. I am very appreciative of their service and I will go there for all of my butchering from now on
Highly recommend! I’ve worked with them on both my NM elk and MT mule deer this year. Very professional operation all around. Lucas the owner is very hands-on and attentive. Vacuum sealing is the way to go! The meat quality for the sausage, brats etc was exceptional!!
