Yesterday, I had the opportunity to experience a BBQ provide by Jay. Our host got Jay to cover the catering and it was exceptional, having Jay there freed up our host to enjoy the event. Jay was so passionate about share the care and attention he puts in to provide beautifully cooked and smoked cuts of meat. Of particular note, the sausages (made by Jay himself ) were stunning!!!
