My serpentine belt broke down and I walked in not knowing if they would fix it for me been a customer out of state. They made the space on their busy day and schedule and they fixed for me at a very reasonable price. The guys were super nice and an excellent customer service specially Greg. He was the one that received me and made it happen for me. I’ll be forever grateful and if I’m ever around in the same situation I’ll definitely will come back to them. I drove quite a distance to test drive and inspect a vehicle here at Mease. The elderly, haggard salesperson Greg, must have been coming off of an alcoholic bender, as he was impatient, curt and at one point outwardly rude. Especially when presented with questions regarding the vehicles condition and history. I got back in my car and drove away.
