My doc recommended an MRI at this facility-scheduled app and presented my insurance card to the receptionist that made a copy-and asked my credit card and charged $998 no invoice provided -procedure was ok--before I left I asked for an invoice with procedure medical code and price-Receptionist refused--I left and contacted my insurance that confirmed they overcharged me as uninsured-and hide the fact--I should be charged $902-try to contact Baycare customer service by ph and email -not able to-Complained to BBB and finally a... read more

Been waiting over 2 hours for pre employment screen. Was told when I arrived had just had one in front of me! Stay away if you can or your whole day will be wasted!!

There has been years of problems with this place but most recently this was the last straw. Despite a sign dictating masks have to be worn at all times while inside the building and they had a security guard in the front, no individuals were wearing their masks inside. None of the patients. None of the receptionists. None of the doctors. No one. It is sad that I have to write this review because you want to feel proud of your community, as well as I do appreciate those companies and entities that service the community you are part off. To start, I will say I have been in and out this facility in Tampa (MLK Ave.) for the last 6 months. First with my mother in-law, and recently as last night with my father in-law. I had the unfortunate experience of having my pre-employment physical at this place. 50 words won’t cover the level of incompetence here. One of the employees was hostile. The rest of them are nice enough individually but don’t work well as a team. The physical took 2 hrs. No one was aware I was still in the room waiting to be dismissed. I had to let myself out. If you are having an emergency I would avoid this place at all cost. I will say the woman who I believe is training upfront is a winner

I went late afternoon during the week. The waiting room was full with a line at the front desk. Despite the fact they were busy, they made sure to greet me and let me know they'd be with me shortly. I was in a great deal of pain after a leg injury. They were very compassionate to my situation. My wait was short considering how busy they were. The nurse who saw me first was very sweet as well. Update 09/29/2021 Called today to speak to a patient, a minor. For one I’ve been calling for a week and clearly the night staff hates their job and should not be working there. Cindy and Eric were snappy and did not take well to being told they were rude. Eric answers the initial call, and I informed him that there might be something wrong with their call system and to notify an IT technician.
