Security guard #509976 extremely hostile and combative at emergency entrance. Father is dying and security guard was acting like a bouncer. Admittance receptionist equally unhelpful and aggressive. Both made a terrible situation 10x worse.
Came here to take my son however staff didn't announce my child's name properly so when I told them his name the Hispanic staff clerk said we called him King and whatever that long name was service her was horrible and I would not recommend this place at all
Baycare is very fortunate to have incredible nurses and supervisors to care for their patients. These heros sacrifice family time away from loved ones to serve their community and making people feel better, recover and heal. The low ratings don't take into consideration the sacrifices these angels make to be there for them throughout the year, on weekends and even during holidays. This place needs to be shut down!!! This is the poorest quality of health care I have ever seen. There is no taking care of our loved ones. They are put in beds and left there period !!! Do NOT take your loved ones there for ANY reason PLEASE don’t do that to them 😞
There is always a wait when you walk in, but other than the long wait - I was very happy here. The results for me meant that i got on needed medication quickly. Also my doctor is part of BayCare, so they were able to access my records and report the results to my doctor. They have necessary x ray equip to complete their results. Very nice staff.
That place has gone down hill with the long wait times and they have no staff to be a successful lab. They lost 6 employees in the last 6 months because the manager can’t run a successful laboratory. Ask yourself WHY??? She doesn’t like to “micro” manage???? Keep waiting 60 minutes +** It’s so sad. Because the place was so much better when I worked there!!!😍😍😍😍
Horrible experience! This location has several unprofessional individuals and not accommodating to patient's family. Still following Covid protocol in 2023. No family member allowed to stay.
Absolutely the WORST ER experience we’ve ever had! They won’t let me in to support my elderly Mother & Father because they are “too busy”! I am my parents POA & they told us that my father (who had quadruple bypass surgery 3 months ago) would have to swap out with me if I went in (so I am now sitting in their parking lot while she sits in their lobby with 180/60 blood pressure & excruciating pain with no one to speak up for her because they won’t let her daughter in!!!!)! Two hours trying to get them to call in meds to pharmacy. Multiple calls to office waiting at pharmacy. Only 1 of 2 called in. Horrible experience and no one takes accountability
