Waiting going on 8 hours in emergency waiting on a room. Wonder how much my insurance will be charged for leaving me stranded . I just let the charge nurse know. Only good thing here so fare is RN Karen.
All i will say is none of the bad reviews are lies.

Worst hospital ever. Nurses were generally nice but NO communication. You just sit and wait. No privacy. Had to bring my husband his own soap and toothpaste etc. Infectious disease Dr never showed up but made entries and comments. Surgeon couldn’t reach her before surgery. I saw private things WTH male roommates. After surgery and not eating for 25 hrs, my husband was not offered a crumb. I went to cafeteria. The orthopedic shoe boot he was given was not big enough. Called to make appointment asked if they take Humana which i Always do was told yes we do when i arrived at 8am doctor asked me for insurance card when he saw Humana he asked his receptionist if i was told about Humana she replied Yes he then proceeded to tell me they don't take Humana Told her you told me on phone that you did!! She said no i didnt smiled and walked away Not happy for her incompetence since i drove down from pasco county Doctor was apologetic but she could care less!!!!

Had a rough/slow start in triage when I got here , but otherwise great experience.. doctors and nurses seem very caring friendly and kind.
Literally the worst. Came here urgently for poisoning. The triage RN , LEX (total air head and unsympathetic treated me like it wasn’t an emergency and told me to quiet down when I was not yelling. Did not receive any medical attn or treatment until well beyond an hour afree arrival. . Do NOT recommend. Save yourself hopefully your life. Like at least start fluids guys, this is pathetic
My appointment was scheduled well in advance for 11/07/24 @ 11:00 a.m.. After arriving 15 mins prior to my appointment, I was taken back to the exam room. 11:00 a.m. came and went. I sat there for 40 minutes and no physician or other staff checked on me, or to say things were running behind. I got up, went to the door, and a nurse practitioner was walking by, she asked "do you need anything?", I said I am here to see the physician, but I think they forgot me.
