I had an MRI done today and although folks like me know these are not fun at all! I just want to compliment Diane, Kelly, and Brittany for making sure I was as comfortable as possible. They were professional as well as friendly with great customer service skills. I would recommend Baycare imaging for anyone in need! Cheri White

The ER Misdiagnosed my 13 year old with a Baker's Cyst and sent us home telling us to wait it out. Luckily, I took the xray to her Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Kortright, who immediately saw a bone infection that broke through into the knee joint. He aspirated the joint at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital which clarified infection. He then did emergency surgery to clean the infection out and put her on antibiotics for 5 weeks. This hospital still employs the tyrant respiratory therapist David Essex even though he is known to have been having an affair while married to his wife of almost 24 years with another married woman Mary Newman, another respiratory therapist at the same hospital. His and her known antics are frowned upon by the other therapists and feel they betray trust and good judgment and should not be practicing in any field as important as the health and well being of others. I visited the ER late on 6-13-18 after a minor car accident. I hit my head and felt concussed with nausea/vomiting.Also back spasms and concerning pain along my spine. I was immediately taken to a bed and all staff was very kind. Especially my Xray tech.I give this review only 2 stars not for staff attitude but for the lack of attention I received. I went to the E.R. two days ago.I was registered very promptly and there was a young lady helping with vital signs which helped triage much faster. I was then place in a room had my chest x-ray the x-ray tech very knowledgeable and friendly she even gave me a pillow. Nicole was the nurse or tech taking care of me . I have a cardiovascular vascular decease so I was well monitored. I had a bit of a Waite but there were quite busy. My diagnosed is pneumonia.
